Great support. I bought the Starter plan for my shop and the app block didn't appear in my product pages and cart (no default compatibility with my theme), so I contacted the support team and they immediately sorted everything out for me by tweaking the code. The result is beautiful and works well.

The service has been excellent, especially from Niyati, and the app works as intended.

Adding the app is super simple and easy to customize. At one point we discovered an issue and reached out to support and got a response immediately. Rajesh helped to adjust the issue quickly and efficiently. Quality service and a nice little app - all wrapped up together nicely! (Pun intended)

A simple app that has additional options should you need them with different payment tiers for your needs - we're pretty simple and there are still several ways to customize and it works perfectly for our site. We did encounter a small issue, but customer service was very quick and efficient. Rajesh solved our problem to our satisfaction. Very pleased with this app and its service!

One area for improvement could be support availability—having someone available 24/7 for chat support would allow for faster responses.
