Wrapin ‑ Gift Wrap & Options

The service has been excellent, especially from Niyati, and the app works as intended.

Thanks,
Ida

Great support. I bought the Starter plan for my shop and the app block didn't appear in my product pages and cart (no default compatibility with my theme), so I contacted the support team and they immediately sorted everything out for me by tweaking the code. The result is beautiful and works well.

Niyati was very helpful in moving the widget placement to a new position for us. We are very happy with this app, thank you so much!

Fijne app die doet wat hij moet doen. Heel fijn en snel reagerend support team, wat ons geholpen heeft te finetunen. Aanrader!

Great support experience from the Wrapin team, especially Niyati. The team was very responsive and patient throughout the customization process, helping us implement multiple custom requirements and revisions for our store setup. Really appreciate the technical support and assistance provided. Thank you :)

Great support

Sono stato seguito da Abhishek e mi sono trovato bene.
Ho usato l’app per aggiungere un packaging particolare per San Valentino e tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione.

Sono pienamente soddisfatto.

works great! had some problems installing it at my shop - but there support team was a big help and installed it for me!

Customer support was very helpful in helping installing the app, as we had some theme conflictions. Looking forward to using it, and seeing the benefits of offering customers a new feature!

Adding the app is super simple and easy to customize. At one point we discovered an issue and reached out to support and got a response immediately. Rajesh helped to adjust the issue quickly and efficiently. Quality service and a nice little app - all wrapped up together nicely! (Pun intended)
