if I could give 10 stars I would! Not only is the app exactly what I need, and the customer support is also lightning-quick and very very helpful! I had a zillion and one questions and some Theme issues when I updated my main theme and they fixed the issues quicker than I can type! Thank you so very much... Great app!
Wow thank you so much - We would happily take 10 stars if they would let us :)
We are compatible with all Shopify store themes, sometimes we need to nudge the theme a little to play nice with storefront apps like Wrapped. That's what we are here for!
Have an amazing day!
Implementing Wrapped onto our website has greatly enhanced our customer service experience at check out, and has allowed us to easily customize the settings to our needs as a business. It has been an essential feature in our growth as an e-commerce business and Adam has been quick to step in and assist if any issue arises.
Thank you for taking the time to write this wonder and detailed review.
I am always happy to help get everything setup just right.
It is so amazing to hear Wrapped has been an essential feature on your e-commerce growth.
Happy anniversary! We are beyond happy to have Wrapped on your store for over a year, and even happier to hear it is working wonderfully for you!
This app is super easy to install and customize. When I had a question for support, Adam was detail-oriented and quickly responded offering a solution.
I was able to install it in 10 min and made over 100 US dollars from gift wrapping in one weekend. This app is super helpful, my team saved time and money with this solution.
Thank you - Wrapped seriously helps generate additional revenue when adding a price to the gift options. It's an incredible way to spread your brand awareness as well.
I am so happy to hear the app has saved you both time and money. Easy to install and setup on almost every store, and I am always happy to assist in other cases.
I am excited to see how well Wrapped works for your Shopify store as more of the shopping seasons pick up during the year.
Thank you again!
Props on a very slick app. I spent probably 6-7 hours trying different apps in an attempt to add what I thought was a simple option to my website. Your app was the only one that worked. In addition, it was super easy to get a few tweaks made so that it worked better with my theme and matched everything perfectly. Thank you! :)
Wrapped has been such an asset for our growing small business. Being able to offer an all in one gift wrapped gift sent straight to our customers' friends and family is a no brainer for us. The customer support from Adam and his team has been seccond to none. I cant reccomend the Wrapped app more highly! Thanks again Adam!
You've got this so spot on! Wrapped gift options helps your store stand out among your own competitors by adding an extra touch / extra personalization / gifting abilities.
With your carefully branded wrapping, your customers friends and family will also learn about your own brand and Shopify store. This is a great "marketing" tool as much as it is the thought that counts.
Thank you for taking a moment to write this review for Wrapped. It really helps us continue to push forward and grow our own small business. I really appreciate it!!
we were using a different app for gift wraps and had SO many glitches. Google searched and found Wrapped. i am so beyond happy with the switch! In just 3 days, our customers have even emailed us noticing the change. Adam has been a pleasure to work with- he customized the app for our site and helped us install it! 100% recommend it :)
We are so happy Wrapped is working for your Shopify business. Customizing the gift options was great as we were able to learn more about how to improve the app itself, adding better support for draft and unpublished themes.
Thank you for being just an awesome person to work with on this as well. It was very fun and rewarding!
Absolutely perfect! I wanted a gift app that didn't interfere with my store's design and just allowed for a simple "gift" checkbox with a box for a message, and I was able to achieve just that. Adam was very responsive and helpful, and even helped me customize the cart message a bit more by adding a link to an additional listing. One of the best app experiences I've ever had!
We are thrilled to see this review, thank you so much! Very happy to hear it is one of the best app experiences for you. It has made our day 🤩 🤩 🤩
I was surprised and delighted by the support Adam provided us. From. The. Start. Before we had even paid a cent for Wrapped, Adam answered questions, got into the nitty-gritty of coding and integration with our web developer. Sincerely, In my years receiving and giving customer support, this was NEXT LEVEL service. Thank you so much for backing your product with premium support.
Thank you for your review! We take great pride in our customer support, and I am so happy to hear you appreciate it :)
I have been searching for the right app to sell gift boxes for a long time. Most apps I found were relatively complicated and offered few options for customization. This app had everything I was looking for: a simple way to sell gift boxes w/o messing up the product page and an adequate pricing model. Support is also very responsive and extremely helpful. Andy, thank you for all of your help!
Thank you for reviewing Wrapped! We really appreciate it!
One of the great features of Wrapped is you can add gift wrap to your Shopify store, or you can also use it to add gift boxes. Many businesses in the fashion industry prefer gift boxes over gift wrap - so this is a great fit!
We are very happy with how Wrapped gift options look on your store, thank you for adding the app and allowing us to help customize it to match your theme styles!
We use this app across 2 jewellery brands Scream Pretty and Lily Charmed - the set up and service has been spectacular. We wanted to offer different options for gift wrap / standard or minimal packaging so that we can try and reduce unnecessary packaging wherever possible, and still allow people to have the unboxing experience when required. Adam is top notch, responsive and super helpful. recommended!
