Hi Faris + Ahmad,
We take pride in supporting merchants—even when the issue isn’t caused by our app.
We made several attempts to follow up but didn’t hear back.
We're always happy to help when given the chance.
Feel free to reply anytime—we’ll point you in the right direction.
