It's a pretty good app. It's well designed and works as intended. The customer support is relatively responsive and adaptive to customer needs. We are just waiting on them to include a confirm address button in the email and fix a small tagging issue. Overall 10 out of 10.
Thank you for your review.
Yes I can confirm that both items were pushed live in early January 2023 :)
Super easy to use and very responsive customer service team!
A no brainer to smooth out the customer experience, plus keep our support teams sanity.
Great customer service! highly recommend it!

This App is exactly what we need ! Thanks for their quick answers !
Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!
We recently found address guard after suffering from poor validation issues with ShipStation. Now all of our addresses are automatically checked and it's given us confidence to branch out to new countries. Support is super friendly as well.
