I have been using X-Shield for a few months now because I was experiencing a lot of traffic from Bots which was really impacting on my shop visibility on search engines. By implementing X-Shield I am really pleased to see how much traffic has been blocked and have noticed an improvement in the real customer traffic (as opposed to bots) and also in the conversion rate.

I am beyond impressed with X Shield. I needed a way to access my own store while keeping my country blocked for others, and the support team (Hoang) went above and beyond by programming a custom IP Whitelist feature just for me!

1. Dry Run Mode – Test your security rules safely before enforcing them, so you can verify that legitimate customers won't be blocked.
2. Security Analytics – Monitor blocked visitors, review detection results, and identify exactly why requests are being blocked.
3. Improved detection logic with many refinements to reduce incorrect blocking of legitimate visitors.
4. Additional whitelist and configuration options for greater control.
