Xero

Am technologically illiterate, not even familiar with Zoom meeting. However, Dani is very patience and guide me through in a slowly and clearly. Shopify App Store may be easy to others but without the support and guidance, its still not easy for me to amend or change the setting in order to ensure correct sync to Xero. A change of setting on the Shopify App or Xero is not just a simple black and white email guidance especially to someone like me - technologically/computer illiterate. Thus, we really hope that Xero-Amaka can do much on this though you have done a great job to assign someone like Dani to me.

We've had a really positive experience with the Shopify and Xero integration through Amaka.

We initially had a few questions and issues around transaction syncing and reconciliation, but the support we received from Yasi Gaudia was absolutely exceptional.

Yasi was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. She took the time to investigate our queries properly, explain how everything worked and follow up to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

The integration is now working brilliantly and has made reconciling our Shopify transactions considerably easier than we originally anticipated.

Great support from Julius and Hani over many zoom calls. We had set the account mapping incorrectly and once Julius fixed that and offered training on how to reconcile correctly so going forward reconciling is easy.
