APP helped us a lot to let the customer doing refund and exchange alone without any mistakes, we didn't find any weakness points. customer service is perfect, replying fast assisting you to configure everything, especially TRACY, she helped us alot

It's a valuable app with fair pricing. It might miss some small enhancements and customisation options, but the best part is the customer service. It's available all the time and does its best to help.

Doesn't send return instructions once you approve the return. You have to go back and "resend" approval email. Ive contacted them several times and have not fixed the issue.

Great support & helpful app

I had a few technical concerns while setting up redirects and 404 fixes, but Alex from the support team was incredibly kind and responsive. the customer services are very helpful and also this software is good

Have been using Yanet Returns for about 4 months now and it makes our life so much easier to track returns/exchanges. App is easy to us and their chat help desk (esp Alex) is always attentive and happy to assist with any requests we have.
