Yonda Sales Tax Automation

I strongly advise caution before using Yondatax. We experienced a severe data handling issue where another store's sales data was visible in our account for a Louisiana sales tax return. This catastrophic error resulted in our bank account being wrongfully debited for $259 in sales tax. When I attempted to resolve this urgent issue, my emails were completely ignored by their team for over a week.
Furthermore, the promises made to us during the sales process were abandoned as soon as we signed the contract. We were promised credit notes to buy out our remaining Avalara contract and cover early cancellation fees, which we never received. We were also assured that Yondatax could retroactively submit historic Missouri sales returns to fulfill our obligations, but this was entirely ignored post-sale.
Between the grave data privacy issues, unauthorized financial debits, unfulfilled sales promises, and non-existent customer support, this has been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience. Proceed with extreme caution.
