I’ve been in the business for years and have tried countless SMS marketing apps, but this one truly stands out. The app itself is packed with features, easy to use, and offers great value for the price. However, what really makes the difference is the incredible team behind it. Great app with great support! Totally free and even better that most of the others... they only charge you for the SMS you sent. All the app itself is free, which is perfect since it works very well!
I just downloaded the app and purchased non-refundable credits. Upon sending my first sms, to myself as a test to see what my customers will receive, I was given a blocked notice stating my store is spam and I am blocked from using their services. Annoyed to say the least.
We have filters to monitor SPAM situations, this is necessary to avoid unpleasant situations. The message says you can contact us if you think it is not correct, we will analyze the situation and we would have unblocked you.

I just downloaded this app, it is super easy to use but I can barely type anything in my message without it costing $90. Might stop using this because of how much they are charging to send a message.

I tried several other SMS apps before, and they were mostly a disaster. I tried again with YSMS and what a breath of fresh air. First of all, it worked straight out of the box. Secondly, it’s intuitive and easy to setup and personalise. And if you need any help, support on live chat is great. They always respond quickly, usually within a few minutes and they’re very helpful. So far, I’m very happy with the app and can highly recommend it.
