I've been involved in e-commerce and digital marketing for over 25 years, and I can confidently say that Orichi has provided some of the best customer support I've ever experienced from a Shopify app developer.
We installed Orichi to improve our Shopify Meta Pixel tracking, Facebook Conversions API (CAPI) integration, event deduplication, and overall Meta Ads conversion tracking accuracy. What we received was so much more than a tracking app.
Their team went above and beyond to troubleshoot our setup, investigate tracking discrepancies, improve event match quality, and ensure our Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, and Purchase events were being delivered and deduplicated correctly. They worked directly with us to address complex tracking issues, improve customer data matching, and fine-tune our integration for our specific business needs.
The improvements have been substantial. Our Meta Purchase event match quality reached over 9.0, tracking accuracy improved dramatically, and we gained much more confidence in the conversion data being sent from Shopify to Meta Ads Manager.
But what really sets Orichi apart is the customer service. Their team has invested an incredible amount of time investigating issues, making adjustments, testing solutions, and following up with detailed explanations and results. They didn't simply provide generic troubleshooting instructions or canned responses. They actually dug into the technical details and worked to make things right.
For an app that costs around $20 per month, this level of dedication is almost unheard of.
If you're running Facebook or Instagram ads on Shopify and need reliable Meta Pixel tracking, server-side tracking, Facebook CAPI integration, accurate purchase attribution, or better event match quality, I highly recommend Orichi.

I was able to configure the multi-pixel settings without any issues, and CAPI is running smoothly.
When a diagnostic alert appeared in the Event Manager, I contacted support and they checked and resolved the issue on the same day. Their response was quick and precise, which was a great help.
