A simple and beautiful theme interface, with convenient pixel usage, is a powerful Shopify app that is worth recommending
This plug-in has very complete functions and the service is very good. The templates included are very easy to use. The experience during use is very good.
Zalify is the most high-end independent website template I have ever used. It maximizes user experience. Every detail is thought of customer needs. very good. Especially their customer service is very attentive. satisfy! Highly recommended!
The most pathetic customer service is from this app. They donot reply, do not read msgs properly nor help you. Especially Zoe. Useless support & pathetic experience.
I'm really sorry to hear that you had a less than satisfactory experience with our customer support. I want to mention that our response time for free tier customers is within 24 hours, as we sometimes are occupied with serving our paid customers. However, this does not excuse the lack of assistance you experienced.
I'm here to personally assist you. Can we set up a time to discuss this further?
Thank you,

The people who develop templates are very good. I can build a website independently as a novice, and there are very good customer service staff who can provide one-on-one guidance.
Convenient and user-friendly plugin, with extremely patient customer service that has helped me solve many issues. I highly recommend everyone to download it！
Love it! Nice product, nice service! They would like to answer all my questions, which really helped me a lot.
The service was great and spot on. There were some issues with the template and I went to customer service to resolve them and they were patient enough to work with me.
Using this app to create email flows and campaigns was incredibly user-friendly and easy to use. We are so excited to send targeted emails to our new subscribers as well as loyal customers.
