I feel that the customer service staff is very good and the service is very good thank you very much
I've been using Zalify for my Shopify store for a while now, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer. The plugin is super easy to navigate, and it has all the features I need to take my marketing to the next level. But honestly, what really blew me away was their customer support. Anytime I had a question (and I've had quite a few!), they got back to me fast and were genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about making sure you're happy with the product. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'd recommend Zalify to anyone running a Shopify store.
Very good plugin, I've been using it for a few months now. The proprietary templates and abandonment salvage are the highlights of it! Highly recommended!
The customer support is very good. Zalify is a great app that integrates all the pixels from ad platforms.
Setting up Zalify has been a great experience. Our analytics data had a few holes and they helped us implement Zalify's server-side tracking and set up GA4 too. Cheers!
The staff is really responsible. It took me a long time to find a setting option, and it took a few minutes to find them.
Excellent! I used this app to help me do Facebook pixel and TikTok pixel. Good online support speed too.
