Boyyyy - this review is beyond well deserved. Their developer team and customer facing team are more than amazing. There needs to be a case study explaining how to handle issues with apps, this company nails it. We are using this app to help restaurants in our community with delivery direct to consumer. That was not a function of their app, THEY CUSTOM MADE THAT HAPPEN IN THREE DAYS (and it was a weekend). Asked for Friday and it was ready for use on MONDAY.
I know this is unrealistic but they are unrealistic. It comes off crazy but guess what - this is a partnership we are going to keep, without question.
Use this app - do not think - just do. Our store is better because of it.

We've been a Zapiet customer since 2023, starting with Zapiet Pickup + Delivery before adopting Zapiet Eats for Wendy's PH. currently, we manage 100+ stores, and the platform has somehow been able to support the operational requirements of our online ordering business while providing a consistent customer experience.
As part of our development team, we've worked closely with Zapiet on implementations, troubleshooting, and feature requests. Their support team has always been responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly to work with. They listen to feedback and are willing to collaborate on practical solutions.
Overall, we've had a positive experience and appreciate Zapiet's continued commitment to improving the platform.

excellent app and service, i love when the founder are so involved with customers to make their product better.
We’ve been using Zapiet Eats for our Better Coffee brand, and I have to say — this app is incredibly powerful and packed with features. From store scheduling to order fulfillment logistics, everything is well-thought-out and just works seamlessly.
But what truly sets them apart is their Support Team. Every Support Advisor we’ve interacted with has been extremely accommodating, and I’m honestly speechless at how knowledgeable they are about every aspect of their app. They go above and beyond to assist, making every interaction smooth and reassuring. It's rare to find such dedication and expertise in customer support nowadays.
