Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Beautiful, fast and clean interface with an incredible set of features at an amazing price. What more could you want? Great support that goes above and beyond when you have a question - they've got that too! Best survey app we've used!

Thanks to Jason for being so responsive and helpful - great app!

It integrated perfectly straight off the gate and customers actually use it! Amazing app and support team.

We haven't been using this app for long, but I can already see a wide field for experimentation. There are so many possibilities here. And the support is very quick to respond. I recommend it!

One of the best apps I've ever used on Shopify. Really easy to get to grips with, super easy to implement with the website and not just a shoddy pop up. Looks great, fab work, guys.

This app has been super great to use and support has consistently gone above and beyond! 5+ stars for sure!

oh wow, this was so easy to install and works great within shopify. the app helps us incredibly in gathering information about the behaviour and wishes of our customers. Jason's support is super fast and the app is very intuitive to use. THANK YOU

Set up was relatively easy along with reporting. The support (Jason) is top notch. Fast to respond and has helped us with any roadblocks we hit during our learning curve.

Zigpoll has just about any survey feature you may want and excellent customer support service!

It's what I use by default on any new store.

Great app and very simple to use with the right amount of analytics and A.I. driven insights. Incredible support as well, thank you Jason!
