Zigpoll Customer Surveys

We were in desperate need of managing our marketing dollars. This app was super easy to use! We were up and running our campaign within 10 minutes. The results have been very eye-opening and have provided excellent guidance on how to proceed with our marketing spend. Jason has provided great support during the process. I used zigpoll to put a poll on my Shopify shop to ask customers what they'd like to see us make next. Customer service was excellent, and the results have been very helpful! I am on the free plan (free for 100 submissions), and as a note, each question answered is a submission, not each completed poll, so you may get to 100 faster than you'd think. Keep your poll short!

This app is wonderful!! My conversion rates were dropping a bit, and I really wanted to know why. I searched for a simple and reliable survey app that I can easily integrate into my store. Zigpoll is it! There is a lot of easy customization options, including using your own branding for free, which is a huge selling point for me. It was easy and fun to set up, and looks lovely too. We use this amazing app to provide embedded and stand-alone surveys to our customers. It provides for so much customization and access to the survey data. After evaluating other various Shopify survey apps, we find Zigpoll to the best for our needs. Most importantly, however, is that the Zigpoll support and development team has far exceeded our expectations! We use it to manage all of our surveys in one place... from immediate post-purchase surveys integrated seamlessly with Shopify, to long-form customer questionnaires, to targeted product feedback forms. Having everything centralized has made it so much easier to understand our customers and improve their experience.
