Looked at a few apps before selecting Zigpoll. Been using it for our post purchase survey for a few months now, and it's reliable and gives us useful additional insight about our customers. Lots of options for slide creation and analysis as well. We will be using to create a customer survey shortly as well. Customer service from Jason is always super responsive, very helpful and prompt, even factoring in the time difference between the US and UK. A lot of thought has gone into this app and represents good value for money.
Love the Zigpoll post survey app. It gives our company great insights and the possibility to fully customize the surveys. The customer service team is also super fast, friendly and efficient. 100% recommended. Thank you.

The AI is extremely inaccurate. So much that it's nearly useless. Don't include junk in the product.

We've started using Zigpoll to request customer IDs on the thank you screen. The team was very helpful and assisted us with implementation! We will definitely explore further to get the most out of the surveys.
