Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Excellent app and customer service. The user interface is really good and the team will help you through if you have any question for installing/ customizing the code somewhere on your website

We started with the free version but we got more responses than we expected. We decided to try another free survey, but we got no responses at all. We just upgraded. Zigpoll is worth the price!

Very easy to download, set-up and launch. Their support is quick to respond and was able to quickly help configure our settings when we ran into complications with the desired set-up of our polls.

They got excellent customer service. There was an issue about showing different polls on different pages. They fixed it for us and told us how they did it. Most importantly, this app funtions well!

Very happy with the choice to use Zigpoll in our Shopify store.
Does everything we need. Easy to set up and works perfectly.
For a much lower price than comparable apps.

I have used this survey tool. It's really awesome and has all the necessary options to make your survey beautiful. It gets easily integrated with email marketing platforms and passes the data effectively.

AMAZINGLY helpful app! I'm using it after purchase to see where my customers came from and for abandoned carts to see why they didn't purchase and nurture them back to the sale. Can't recommend it highly enough!

So far the app seems to do exactly what it promises and more. Lots of features to play with and it takes a while to get a better grasp of all the options, but the support is great at helping whenever we get stuck. Thanks!
