Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Required some assistance and received help the same day in order to make sure things were working properly.

Sometimes in other apps I receive help within 2 or more days.
This was a nice difference.

Attribution is extremely hard to pinpoint these days. What I love about Zigpoll is you can see the entire pathway: what the customer clicked on or searched to find your site vs. what they self-reported can be very enlightening. The fact that Zigpoll can integrate with pretty much any platform we use is also a huge plus. Their customer service is unparalelled, we always get replies within 24 hours whenever we have any issue, and every problem we encountered has been resolved easily with their help!

Zigpoll is awesome. I needed a specific update for my form panels (checkbox randomization) and the founder actually made sure it was built and implemented for me within a week. We've been using Zigpoll for about a year and it has been incredibly useful.
