Zigpoll Customer Surveys

Super easy to use and really diverse, can have any sort of questions, answer variations and everything is pretty straightforward. Customer service is great, reply quickly and very helpful, Recommend!

I used zigpoll to send a surveys to customers, it went easy using their ai. Editting what the ai created was easy. the customer service department is very helpfull and not in rush like those of some other apps i used.

I like that u can handle all kind of surveys from post-purchase pop-up to email survey and pre-exit survey, here in the same app.

Amazing app with tons of potential. Among many other things, Zigpoll enables you to segment your audience by asking visitors what they are interested in. This segmentation can later be used for emails and marketing. Excellent support by Jason as well.
