Post-purchase, exit-intent, email & SMS surveys. See how shoppers found you and why they buy.
Run post-purchase surveys on your thank-you and order status pages, plus exit-intent, product page, email, SMS and Shopify POS surveys. Ask "How did you hear about us?" (HDYHAU) and compare revenue and AOV by channel with Meta Ads Manager and GA4. Collect zero-party data, NPS and CSAT, and learn why visitors don't buy. AI sorts open-ended customer feedback into themes and sends weekly reports. Sync answers to Klaviyo, Shopify Flow and Google Sheets, or query them with AI via API and MCP.

We've had a fantastic experience using Zigpoll at Pacific Packaging Australia. The app is incredibly flexible, easy to use, and has been a valuable tool for gathering customer insights, improving our customer experience, and streamlining our processes.
A special mention to Jason, who has been absolutely outstanding throughout our experience. He's always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to help. Whether it's answering questions, troubleshooting issues, or helping us achieve something specific, Jason has consistently provided exceptional support.
It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely listens to its customers and is committed to helping them succeed.
Highly recommend Zigpoll to any Shopify business looking for a powerful survey solution backed by an excellent support team!
We use this app every day for both automated and one-off surveys, and it works very well for our needs. The team is also incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommended.
Phenomenal app. You should always be gathering customer data, regardless of your business, and Zigpoll makes this easy (and affordable). The founder is also super keen to help where possible.
My best advice is, use it yesterday, my next best advice is, use it today!
Cheers
Jordy, Watego
