ZipChat have been great. Very easy to set-up and you can add corrections/knowledge bases etc. Helps with sales a lot and also customer support
The app works great. I love the integration with Whatsapp and the endless possibilities of personalizations inside the campaign manager.

I uses Zipchat AI easy to setup it takes all the available data from shop and make it organize to answer the customers questions perfectly without the need of Actual customer support team, apart from this you can upload multiple type documents to train AI for more information.

Really cool, very innovative. It's awesome seeing how the AI learns, and really helpful features on the back end that allow you to refine the chat. I am curious to see how it develops and serves our business, but so far very impressed!
