We’ve been using Zipchat for some time now and it’s been a solid addition to our store. It helps handle common customer questions quickly and keeps conversations moving without feeling robotic.

Setup was straightforward, the AI responses are easy to train, and it’s noticeably reduced the amount of manual support we need to do day-to-day. Overall, it’s been reliable, effective, and well worth it.

We have tried other AI chatbots. ZipChat stands on easy to retrain (althought sometimes even after training it commits the same misake), the answers are technical and very human-like.

ZipChat.ai is super easy to use and works great right out of the box. The chatbot feels natural, replies fast, and actually understands what visitors are asking. It helps answer questions, keep people engaged, and turn more chats into leads without extra effort.

Even 'out of the box' the AI does a fantastic job of responding to customers questions, making recommendations etc. and the responses are far superior to a lot of 'chatbots' I have come across, even for huge corporates. There are then several ways you can train the AI through simple steps to make it even better, and the app has some fantastic features to help you make the most of its capabilities.

The level of support has also been second to none. Alessandro has been super helpful in helping getting everything set up and providing advice on how to get the most out of the app.

Overall a fantastic app and amazing support. Really exited to see what it can do over time as it continues to learn and we can really start to embed it as a member of the team.
