This app is a game-changer! I didn't think it would be nearly as robust as it is but I can tell you with some very basic training and corrections, it has become such a go-to not only for people visiting out site but I even have one of our team members use it to ask questions when customers or influencers contact her directly. Been searching for a long time for a solution to having a good AI in Whatsapp and found it here. Very easy to set-up, great options to correct mistakes so the AI learns from it, very good customer service that combines humans (i think hehe) and AI. Can't recommend it enough
