This is truly an amazing app. It saves a lot of your valuable time and effort.
But what impressed me the most is their customer support. Honestly, their support team is exceptional. They took the time to listen to and understand every single thing I explained, and then developed and updated the app accordingly.
Whenever I pointed out something that needed improvement, they worked on it and made the necessary updates. Their dedication, patience, and willingness to understand the customer are truly impressive.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the app and the entire team. An absolutely amazing app with an outstanding support team!
I've tried a few COD form apps, and this is the one I ended up keeping. It covers almost everything I need in one place- like upsells, downsells, tick/click offers, popups, and plenty of customization options. The form loads instantly when customers click "Buy Now," which is important for conversions, and it's surprisingly lightweight compared to some alternatives. I also like that it works well alongside other bundle apps without causing conflicts. The support team has been excellent whenever I've needed help.
