A big thank you to Jay for his professionalism, he resolved my issue very quickly
Worked for a while. Then it stopped interfacing with the backend of our store. It does not link the tracking number into the backend of Shopify. And when I reached out to their tech support they were befuddled. So I found another app. My recommendation... look elsewhere for a tracking app.
