ABConvert is a very nice solution for price testing products. It is simple to use and the support from Jeffrey was top notch. Setting up the a/b and a/b/c tests was an intuitive process. After choosing a product to test you are able to quickly edit the test price for each variant as well as the compare to price and then launch the test. The analytics dashboard provides everything needed to evaluate your tests and move forward with confidence. Again, the support from the team was superb. They were very responsive and catered to our needs.
I’ve never seen an app with a support team that take care their use to such extent. I was having trouble creating a test, and I message the help desk through live chat widget. The support just guide me step by step and solve my problem. Though the issue was from them, but I really like the respect they showed to the users. Besides the support, the app itself is so powerful but simple. I guess I will just stick to it.
I subscribed to ABConvert and had to cancel only 8 days into my billing cycle, for reasons unrelated to the app itself. I contacted support and asked for a partial refund covering only the unused part of the period, not a full refund. The request was declined.
Refusing to prorate a billing period that went almost entirely unused is disappointing and says a lot about how merchants are treated once they’ve paid. Support is also handled first by an AI agent, which made a simple request slower and more drawn out than necessary.
If you’re considering ABConvert, don’t count on any flexibility on billing. Once you’re charged, expect to pay for the full period, even if you cancel within days.

For monthly subscriptions, we don’t provide partial refunds for unused time when a plan is cancelled mid-cycle because full access continues through the period already paid for.
Your refund request was reviewed by a person on our team. Our AI assistant handles initial questions, but does not make refund decisions. I’m sorry the initial support experience made getting an answer more frustrating.
