We're sorry to hear about the issue you experienced.

After reviewing how our app works, we couldn't find any mechanism that could remove or modify your product information. Our app is implemented as a Shopify App Embed, which only renders its own widget on the storefront. It does not have permission to edit, delete, or overwrite your product descriptions or theme content.

The fact that uninstalling our app did not restore the missing product information also suggests that the issue originated elsewhere rather than from our app.

We completely understand how frustrating this situation is, and we're glad you're working with Shopify Support to identify the root cause. If Shopify Support finds any evidence that our app was involved, please let us know—we'll investigate immediately and work with them to resolve it.
