The customer support I received from A2X is world class! There is no cutting corners and they genuinely want to help not just offer cheap outsourced help desks. On the contrary the support I received from Kim Pacy was amazing. She was very patient, supportive and kind. She genuinely wanted to support me. She made it fun. I always felt welcome. I trusted her to help me and I did not have to jump from one person to another. She was the one who emailed me and the one who met with me online when we needed to go over things.
