Abra Promotions

This app is amazing. It was perfect for my BFCM early access sale, and other promotions I've used. It's very straight forward and easy to setup and it provided everything I needed for my tiered discount promotion. But what was even better then the App itself is the amazing support team that is behind the app. I had some technical questions to get it to work the way I wanted, and their team got back to me very quickly with the exact steps on how to get what I wanted and continued to walk me through it when I got stuck. A+++ Customer service Abra Team and to the Abra App!!!

Abra is the perfect app for discounts and promotions like free gifting. Many discount and promo mechanisms are insufficient because they do not communicate clearly or proactively stay top of mind for the user. With Abra, discounts and promotional messaging follow the user around the site in a clear yet unintrusive and aesthetically pleasing way.

Additionally, Daniel and Ilia have been incredibly responsive and helpful in guiding me to customize the app for the ideal outcome for my store. This app provides tremendous value and will pay for itself many times over.

One thing that made our choice in Abra Promotions an easy one was the increadible support from their team. They are there every step of the way explaining eaxctly how to everything making the setup process simple and pain free.

While the application itself is brilliant, what I was most impressed by was the Abra team's ability to make the transition from other promo apps on Shopify so seamless and easy. Within an hour of downloading the app to see if it would fit my store's needs (I needed an app that would allow customers to get a free gifted item automatically inserted into their cart without having to manually add the item or a discount code), I was in a meeting with the developer Ilia, who tailored the promo to run precisely according to my needs. Not only was this incredibly easy, it also made me feel confident that the promotion we were running would run smoothly, and it really has. Every email I send with any questions gets answered quickly, and any changes or added promotions we want to run are integrated within less than 24 hours. Now about the app, it is really easy to customize and very simple to implement. Overall, I am very pleased and will definitely recommend to other retailers in the industry!

Great discount flexibility. Allowed us to overhaul our whole discount structure and give us flexibility to offer different discount amount for different variants and one-time purchase vs. subscription. Had tons of issues before with trying different offers, but Abra solved the problem.

If you use discount codes, you need to get Abra. Hands down the best app we've added to our Shopify Plus store in 2023. Using Abra links has given us a 30% lift in conversion from our emails, which drives a significant portion of our revenue. Dan and the Abra team have been super helpful as well. Anytime we have a question or need help with something, they were on it right away.
