Game changer for our checkout process! Clearer.io instantly catches address typos and missing unit numbers before orders ship out. It has completely eliminated undeliverable packages and saved us on on reshipping fees. Setup was seamless.
Osmand has genuinely been such a huge help, personally, I followed everything he suggested, he sent me videos, walked me through each step, checked in along the way, and answered every question I had. App has worked great for us. Support has been outstanding. We had an issue with some malicious code that we thought was related to this app, but they helped us determine exactly which other code was causing the problem. Don't think I have ever had another app company help us out when it wasn't really their problem.

The price is fair for the amount of money you avoid losing on Shippings with errors. They have detailed video documentation which helps to solve the problems very fast, and the best thing is the support (Thanks Osmand) I don't know how they do it but the answers are very fast and with precise instructions.
Their support team has always gone above and beyond expectations when diagnosing unexpected issues that and helping our team understand how to use their product most effectively. My one wishlist feature would be some sort of A/B testing that would allow us to measure the impact of address validation on checkout.
Good functionality and customer support. The app stops customers long enough to have them review their shipping address which saves our customer service team a mountain of work adjusting orders.
