I had hope for this app but it does not seem to work very well with American addresses. All of the addresses it "automatically" updates still get flagged by Shopify and suggest a different one from what they changed it too. Was fairly disappointed considering all of the good reviews.

As a U.S.-based store, I was a bit skeptical at first since I couldn't find any non-German reviews. That said, I'm glad I gave it a chance. After a week of use, it is working great and the one issue I had was fixed quickly by the team!

Even correct addresses are being changed incorrectly; the database is extremely outdated, it's just creating more trouble for ourselves. The worst of the worst!

Neben einem schnellen und gleichzeitig sehr strukturierten Onboarding konnten wir bereits nach kurzer Zeit eine deutliche Verbesserung unserer Adressfehlerquote feststellen.
Die Implementierung verlief super unkompliziert, sodass wir ohne großen internen Aufwand starten konnten. Wir müssen uns deutlich weniger Gedanken über potenzielle Adressprobleme machen, da diese frühzeitig erkannt und abgefangen werden. Das entlastet unser Team enorm und schafft mehr Fokus für strategische Themen statt operative Fehlerbehebung.
