Mipler ‑ Advanced Reports

The Advanced Reports app is an absolute gamechanger! We were struggling with the basic reports for months, although we were using Advanced Shopify and therefore the reports are quite sophisticated. However, Advanced Reports provides insights, which are crucial to our business. On top of that, the support is simply great. Fast, reliable and very competent. A+

We have used this app for well over a year. It is very useful and easy to manipulate. There are still some gaps in what we can report on - but those are limits from Shopify, not the app. The app gives you the best reporting available. Also, when I have had a question or needed help building a report the chat provides fast and reliable service. I highly recommend!

I initially installed this to generate sales reports for tax purposes -- the sort of thing that I thought would be simple in Shopify but wasn't. However, once I began to use it, I realized it offered essentially unlimited visibility into my sales between the canned reports and the custom report generator. And the AR dashboard is now my "homepage" for my Shopify store.

Denis from Advanced Reports was very helpful with a fast next day response rate! The app is a great app for a small business like us looking to scale our operations. It helps consolidate all the data from shopify in a customizable .csv format. We are new to Shopify and as their standard reporting wouldn't give us what we wanted, explored our options and found Mipler. As part of our trial, Yulia organised for a custom report to be made so we could test it out. Great, quick service and totally fit for purpose. Ongoing cost is high when we only need one custom report, but will be confident if we need more that we will get great service.

Our finance department was getting frustrated with the lack of reporting directly from Shopify. Mipler has solved that problem for us and allowes us to create advanced reports with the data we need. They are great about responding to support requests when we've had questions or couldn't quite figure out what data we needed to pull for custom reports. We literally could not function without Mipler!

We needed some detailed reports done in order to help with our sales tax collection. Our 3rd party tax help required some specific data that was not available in the regular Shopify reports, so a Shopify rep recommended Advanced Reports. Advance Reports has a wealth of data analysis which is easy to understand, use and apply to a variety of our business needs. Being able to segment data in so many different ways and then perform various analysis on that data as well as compare different periods against one another has been extremely helpful. The customer support is great and we always receive prompt responses and help. I highly recommend Advanced Reports.

This app is amazing, but it was the customer service that blew me away! I needed some specific items for my sales tax report and I mentioned it in a replay to a welcome email from them. They had it customized and back to me fast! I was amazed and am so pleased. My life is going to be SO much easier when it comes to my monthly sales tax reports. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg (which is one of the reasons I tried them to begin with.) Thank you Advanced Reports!

One of the most useful and flexible apps in our Shopify tech stack. We're able to easily and quickly analyse our data and export it in a variety of formats (including auto-updated reports in Google Sheets - incredibly useful). It's great to see new features added regularly, the app is very well maintained, is beautifully designed and works really well. The developers listen to customers and make improvements very quickly. The support is also second to none. Highly recommended to any store owner.
