Super easy app to work with and fantastic support! I had some issues importing my product feed directly into Facebook to do retargeting ads on my own and this app solved those problems for me.
Works quite well, and most importantly effective. Already got 450 dollars sales for 20 dollars ad.
I hope guys at Retargetapp will enable us to change the copy of ads and maybe photos as well on our own.
This app is pretty great and the support is great too. In the last 2 months I've spent $28 and brought in $531. I'm going to try raising my daily budget to see what happens. I was tempted to move my FB retargeting over to AdRoll, but I'm sticking with RetargetApp for now.
By far the BEST app I've added to my Shopify store! Super easy to setup and I started seeing results within 24 hours. I think this is a must-have tool for anyone running a store on Shopify. Incredible ROI and excellent customer service! I could not be any happier and highly recommend.

We've been testing the app for a few days now and we're very happy with the initial results!
A little more conversion metrics would be nice though, so we can see what orders were placed using the retargeting channel.

We have used this app for several years and LOVED it—nothing sketchy has ever happened—however as below comments mentioned, we also received a random $9000 charge on May 31. Fortunately it was refunded within a few hours, before we had even reached out. Hoping they address this issue—and double hoping it was a one-time error that has been eliminated.
First of all, I would like to say that we at RetargetApp really appreciated your loyalty and would like to apologize for the problem you had experienced.
Indeed, it was a one-time issue, and it won't happen again as we have significantly improved our app since then. In a new version of RetargetApp, you are billed directly by Facebook and Shopify. Moreover, you can check your ads performance directly in Ads Manager.
If you would like to try the new RetargetApp, please, let me know - I will personally help you upgrade.

I used the Retarget app and just within the trial period only I'm getting 800% + ROAS. It's quick and super easy to set up. With the option of also finding new prospects, this app is a must have for Facebook marketing! The support team is quite responsive and helped me set up the campaign without any difficulties. Hoping the app bring in new features to set up Instagram only, or placement type campaigns.
