The onboarding experience was really awesome. They seem to be really dedicated to their customers
Super customer service from Ricky to get us up and running. Does exactly what I needed, and is currently free, so a no-brainer. Thanks!
Amazing support from the team and waiting to see the results on Chatgpt.
A good app that allows you to quickly create an LLMS file. I took off one star because it doesn't adequately handle the situation where I paste multi-line text with line separators into the summary in additional fields section. The app says the changes are saved, but they actually aren't. I was only able to resolve this issue after contacting tech support (thanks to Rick), who responded very quickly.
What's missing is the ability to add other fields to the file, such as a Primary topics, or to post edit the generated file by manually changing its structure and content.
The set up was very easy and straightforward. The app is not installed and cannot wait for the results. Thanks to Tobias I was able to activate everything I needed.
If you want your store to be found and recommended by AI tools, this is the one to get. Big shoutout to Tobias from support who was incredibly kind, responded super fast and solved my issue right away. Exactly the kind of support you hope for! 10/10, highly recommend!
"Five stars for Ricky! He was incredibly helpful and professional. He answered my question quickly and made the setup process seamless. Highly recommend this app if you want top-tier support."
Easy to use, helpful staff.
Fantastic tool for managing LLMs.txt and improving AEO! Special thanks to Tobias from the support team for his quick and helpful responses. Great app and even better service!
Christian helped me with the setup really quickly, and I really appreciate it. The LLM file was created instantaneously! I’ll update my review with more details once I see how the app works :)
