Just started using the app and frankly compared to the other over bloated set ups out there, this really appeals to me for the simplicity to drive what I need, sales! Also the support, is kind of insane, I texted a stupid question and within mins had a real person on the chat to solve it..... amazing!
We are extremely happy with Referrly. The installation and setup were quick, straightforward, and easy to complete. The app is well designed, intuitive to use, works reliably, and provides exactly the features we were looking for to manage our affiliate and referral program.
What really stands out is the excellent customer support. Whenever we had a question, the team responded very quickly and provided friendly, professional, and helpful assistance. You can really tell that they care about their customers and make sure everything is set up and working properly.
For us, Referrly is an excellent Shopify app that combines great functionality, ease of use, and first-class customer service.
