The UpPromote chat function has been extremely helpful. It's very fast, and I can usually get answers to my questions right away.
Today, not only did she answer all of my questions, but she also identified a technical issue on her own and escalated it to the development team for a fix.

I have recently upgraded my account with UpPromote to Professional Plan, and I am really enjoying this app on Shopify! It helps me boost my sales, by sharing commissions to more people.

It works well. They give good support. It good to use as a start up with out haveing to pay. If you do pay then its easy to pay affiliates.
I had a great experience with UpPromote support. I reached out with a question about connecting a Shopify order to an affiliate account when the affiliate code wasn't used at checkout. Mandy responded quickly, explained the process clearly, and provided easy-to-follow instructions for assigning the order to the affiliate. The support was prompt, helpful, and resolved my question right away.
Mina was amazing! I asked her a million questions to make sure the program was right for us and she was incredible!
