Excellent support! Tanie was extremely helpful and the program is running great
customer service is great
This app is very easy to use and integrates smoothly with Shopify. The in-person customer support is fast and extremely helpful, and the support Mina provided was knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience and a solid app that makes managing our store much easier. Highly recommend!
Set up and installations are straight forward. If you put in some work, you can also adjust the design as you want it. And on top, the support team, technical support Barney and the others in the customer support, are very helpful and take their time to make sure everything is the way you want it. Recommended!!
Great support! Maya gave me a clear answer to my question.
I have to say, UpPromote is pretty awesome — and that’s coming from a guy who still calls the internet “the Google.”
I’m brand new to all of this, not computer-literate at all, and somehow I still managed to figure it out thanks to how simple and easy the website is to use. If I can do it, anyone can.
And then there’s Evans — absolute legend. He explained everything in a way that even my non-tech brain could understand. No confusing jargon, no rushing, just clear help and real patience.
If you want something that actually works without making your head hurt, UpPromote is the way to go.

Thanks for the quick support for Lina.
