What merchants think

Feedback submitted

Merchants say this app is a huge time-saver for bulk-generating accurate, human-sounding alt text across large catalogs. They highlight strong SEO and accessibility benefits, with keyword-rich text that aligns with existing strategies and supports ADA/GMC compliance. Merchants value the automation, customization (brand voice, templates, languages), and reliable performance on large libraries. Setup is quick, pricing flexible, and support frequently praised as fast and proactive.

The app works for small alt text edits and for bulk changes up to about 150 images. Beyond that it becomes unreliable. it takes to loo long more than hours and does not run in the background reliably. Credit renewals are not transparent and no renewal date is shown. Support has been unhelpful and did not follow up on my questions.
