An AI agent that answers shoppers from your products, policies and orders, and hands off the rest.
Aide's AI agent answers shoppers on your storefront and in your email inbox. It replies from your products, your store's policy and help pages, and the shopper's own orders. Once the shopper confirms, it can cancel an order, change the address or start a refund, within limits you set. When a shopper needs a person, Aide hands the conversation to your team in the inbox with a summary. On Pro and Scale plans, Aide can also work inside Zendesk, Gorgias or Front.

Our team is super happy with Aide! We currently use Zendesk and as such needed an AI solution that works with our existing CX platform and allows us to fully leverage our Shopify data to cut down support times and costs. Aide was a perfect fit as it integrates with both and seamlessly helped our agents get through tickets faster and automatically populates ticket fields on Zendesk!
