I had a great experience with Iris! They went above and beyond to help implement a new feature that allowed us to reach more customers and generate more reviews. Ive been using Judge.me for a while but recently came to find out they locked everything behind paid plan, even basic features like editing text for the request review email. I am so happy i came across this app, was having trouble importing my reviews (because the file was broken), Russ was amazing and so quick to resolve the issue! He not only fixed it but uploaded for me and made sure it displays correctly. I dont think ive ever gotten help that quick from any other apps! So far, so good! The widgets look so much better on the website and there is way more customization than the previous app offers. I recommend this review app for sure!
