Merchants describe this app as very easy to use for storewide, collection‑wide, and tag‑based sales. It quickly updates prices in bulk, schedules recurring campaigns, and fills gaps in Shopify’s native discount tools. Features like excluding discounted items, combining product and cart discounts, and accurate compare‑at pricing are appreciated. Merchants say it saves significant time, boosts sales, and praise the fast, friendly, solution‑oriented support.

Overall good experience, but the server quality could be improved. We frequently encounter ‘504 Gateway Time-out’ errors, experience app latency, and sometimes it’s difficult to access. So we have change for other app
Katherine here from the Alpha Sale support team.
First of all, I’m very sorry for any issues you’ve encountered.
This is the first time we’ve heard of server timeouts with our app, and since we take its performance very seriously, I’d really appreciate it if you could provide any details to help us identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I’ve just reached out to you via email and look forward to hearing from you soon.
Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience.
Best regards,
Katherine
