I am sincerely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused you and your team. We take any reports regarding email volume and outreach extremely seriously. ❤️

To be completely clear, we do not have a policy of sending bulk or repetitive emails to multiple addresses on a single site. We have carefully investigated the current situation, and one possibility is that our App is being promoted by third-party affiliate partners who scraped our product information to run commission-based outreach in this manner. This is absolutely not allowed by us.

We highly value your feedback. We are currently conducting a thorough investigation into all third-party teams and affiliate partners to ensure this issue does not exist. We strictly do not allow the situation you described to happen to any Shopify merchant.
