The team at AIOD has made switching from another Volume Discount app to AIOD a seamless transition. The main reason why we switched is because this is one of the only apps that allows volume discounts to be done by Shopify POS.

The support is what makes Apps like this worth using, as they have been able to address issues that have come up.

The App itself comes with a lot of different deals and discount options.

The support team has been great in replicating how we were displaying discounts on the product and cart pages.

The only small issue is that the volume discount only shows the percentage in the chart, instead of automatically showing the deal price based on the percentage. We can manually enter and set the deal price, yet for 1,000's of products that isn't a great option.

Other than that, the app applies discounts and doesn't seem as glitchy as the other discount app used.

We tried to create a bogo sale using this plugin. Based off of the reviews we decided to give it a try. It does not work at all. The tutorial for the bogo is 2 years old but seems like it should work. Unfortunately it does not work at all.

The search is over! We needed an app that would allow us to specify POS or web and allow discount rules for certain collections based on customer tags. Simple in concept, but very difficult to find the right app to do this. This app does it!!

We needed wholesale pricing on POS only, as we have a separate website for wholesale customers to log into. We wanted to protect our customer-facing retail site from any complex discount rules, but still allow in person wholesale checkout via our POS terminals. This has been an incredibly hard problem to solve and we have tested numerous apps.

We didn't want any theme changes, so finding an app that would allow us to specify POS only and set rules based on customers tags has not been easy. This app does everything we were looking for, without forcing theme changes for POS applications.

Interface is clean and easy to understand. I did have one issue (totally my fault, a case sensitive tag issue), but I did contact customer support and they were prompt and courteous in their reply. They solved my problem quickly (again, not their fault either) and even added some functionality we needed to make this app perfect for us.

So far I am incredibly happy with this app and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a similar application.

Fantastic app. Wanted to set up different discounts for online and in-store. Let's you set up POS only discounts, which is amazing! Customer service is top-notch. They have a live chat feature which makes getting help fast and easy. My discounts weren't working the day before Thanksgiving and they were able to get it all fixed for me within minutes! Can't recommend this app enough! There are a few minor features I wish they had (like setting a time start/end time for discounts; currently defaults midnight-midnight), but overall an amazing all-in-one app!

The customer service of this app is incredible! While they do provide instructions on how to install the app, they will also set it up for you which has saved me so much headache. There are so many possibilities of discounts with this app and it is great to have all these features combined into one. I was able to delete 2 apps and gain more features by installing this in my store.

AIOD has the most discounting features that i have seen compared to others, it is a great tools to push for different type of promotional to boost sale.
The support is amazing as well. Swati helped troubleshoot and fix the incorrect installation and get the app running instantly.

This app ruiend our Black Friday Sale. On a day where our business gets to take all of our hard work and have it repaid, this app lets us down. It stopped working 1 hour into our sale and our inbox was flooded with customer complaints and questions. Customers stopped shopping because the discount codes stopped working. We are beyond frustraded and there's absolutely nothing we can do about it now. A very sad day for our business.

This is the most comprehensive discount app i have found that intergrates with Shopify. It has so many offer options that other apps don't have. I have no doubt it will improve conversion in my store. And the best thing is the customer service has been wonderful, Chirag is responsive and knowledgable. He had helped me with installation, testing and customisation. Highly recommend!

I downloaded this app and my theme had an issue with it. Their team spent night and day to figure it out and THEY DID! What an amazing support team. They helped me after hours and on weekends. Love this app. I saw sales come in 15 min after adding it! GREAT feature! THANK YOU!!!!

This is the first time I've encountered a discount app that just works the way it should. The setup is a bit of a process but once you do the first 2 steps, they'll do the rest of it for you. I have 3 completely different discounts running in my store now and they all work exactly as intended, even when combining. The chat helpers are super responsive and they actually know what they're doing. Great app!
