I have communicated this to the developer
Hello Mike,
We are grateful that you took the time out to leave us a review. Your feedback helps us to improve our app and features.
I am sorry that we are not fulfilling your requirement at this stage.
I share this comment with my technical team and if possible we will definitely update the app.
Prompt and very professional support. What I liked the most is that in the moment when the support team could not help me anymore the head of the product jumped in and quickly solved the issue. Totally recommend it!

Used this for a short term automatic discount promotion we couldn't do via the native options, the team was very helpful with the setup and answering questions. Will look at using again if we run the same sort of promotion again.
Finally found an App which meets all the requirements for a Discount App with Great Functionalities and Unbeatable Pricing.
The 24*7 support by Mr. Chirag and his team is Cherry on the top, and has helped us to launch our Year End Sale in no time with their continuous assistance through out. Thank you CirkleStudio.

I'm not 100% sure yet if this app will work out for me but one thing I can say is the customer service is superb! I needed help setting things up and they got back to me within a few hours, added some special code, and made things the way I wanted them. Communication back and forth was very good and I can definitely say that the customer service is great even if I don't end up using the app.
Thank you for your kind feedback, your words are very much appreciated.
We really appreciate you being a customer. We’re here for you anytime. Have a great day!
Swati Varshney responded very quickly and immediately assisted with the setup, helping us achieve our requirements efficiently.
The support experience was excellent.
The only drawback is that the app’s discount code cannot be used together with Shopify’s native discount code field, which can be a bit confusing for customers.
It would be great if this feature could be improved in future updates.
great service
Very simple design and easy to use. It is easy to introduce because the cost is low. There is no problem in my Japanese environment.
