Excellent. Without asking, customer support checked on our app and made some configurations so it synced up perfectly and matched our theme to the exact color. WITHOUT ASKING. Amazing. Great app, great company, give these guys a shot!

The app does exactly what I want it to do in a slick way.
Furthermore, the support is exceptional. I wanted a font change and asked for advice; this was actioned by Ricardo & Carlos in less than 30 mins saving on the need for a developer. Brilliant

Does exactly what it says and makes it easier than the other guys. I love that you can manually select what products show up as recommended rather than relying on some "advanced algorithm". Customer service response and help is instant and top notch. Great app.

Just got this app a few days ago and I am very impressed. The set up was seamless and easy, the help great, and little thoughtful extras I wasn't expecting. Have a few apps on the site but this one is definitely a favourite so far. It has already had an effect on our orders. Hoorah! Thanks so much folks.

Great customer service with quick and easy installation. I would recommend this application to anyone looking to optimize and display a better range of products.
They were able to customize the layout to match our current custom theme with ease. Very professional and willing to help make the app work for our needs.

I have just installed the program 24 hours ago so I can't comment on the effect it has had on sales yet. Installation was very easy. I clicked where I wanted the recommended list to show up, did not like it and edited that section. Worked like a charm.

I was surprised that they even checked to see that I had installed everything correctly without me even asking.

Senthil from CodeBlackBelt responded to my request to place the recommendations bar below my customer photo reviews.

The request was made through the app interface, and he fixed it instantly.

For that I had to write a personal review. That is top class customer service in my opinion.

This app is the best looking Recommendations app. Maybe the user interface can be better than a long list of text, but the end result for my customers is what looks best without being too loud.

Simple to install, just works. A few tweeks needed to get the visual aspect of the product display needed but overall great.

Update:

I update my review because of two things:

1. The support is AWESOME: I reached them to try to gain sometime while doing manual customization and they answered with useful information very quickly.

2. In one of those exchanges, I suggested an easy fix for the app to ease this process and they did it within a day! Now they made what I was criticizing much more easier

This app is really simple to install and looks very good. You can customize many things and the ones that I couldn't I asked to the support team and they did it very quickly and nicely.

The reason why I'm giving a 4 star review is because the process to manually select the products that you want to display in the "also bought" line is really slow. You can do it but it but one by one. It would be so much more practical to make it faster.
