Thank you Tushar for being so professional and took care of my situations with efficiency. I appreciate you.
The app works okay — if it’s even needed these days, since identical automated alt text for all images completely kills SEO — until it goes and automatically wipes out your custom text. I’ve just spent nearly two weeks making sure every single image had a unique alt tag. Then out of nowhere, everything reset to default even though I haven’t changed its settings. The app deleted my SEO descriptions and replaced them with default text. Absolute nightmare! I asked support for help — five times a day — but got no reply (sic!). That’s why I’m leaving this review.
Got immediate support for a question and it was answered and the little issue I had was solved in just a moments time and the app is up and working! Very happy
Excellent response time and understanding of what I needed help with!

Variant Alt Text King has been one of the easiest apps I've installed on my store. The setup is very simple, you enable it, configure a few settings, and it works in the background automatically without needing constant attention.
A special thanks to Bhavesh, who helped me make sure everything was set up correctly. The support was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Once the setup was done, there was really nothing else I needed to worry about.
