This is a great app to use with Shopify. Good descriptions and easy to use. It’s been a really useful tool and has helped with SEO optimisation. Thanks.
Love how simple it is to use and the Alt Text on my Shopify listings is so amazing!! One less thing for me to have to do which means I can use that time on something else for my business.
I tried this app, and it failed every time. The translations were always incorrect. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all. I have no idea why some users give them five stars.
Hey Tom - I'm sure you saw our support team and developer who both had a lengthy back and forth with you trying to figure out and resolve your issues. We even offered to do a live screenshare to debug what was happening to see if it's something on our end or with your setup.
Please feel free to reach out and let us help you resolve the problem. We really want to see it work for you just like it works for all our other customers (seriously!).
Excellent program, easy to use and very good alt text is generated. I like how you can stay on the free plan and just buy credits as you need them , this is a very good feature. Highly recommended
Easy to set up, and the text it generates is surprisingly good. It makes bulk updates a breeze!
The app is super easy to use and support is really on top of their stuff.
I can't believe the level of AltText applied by this app. The text is highly descriptive and elevates the functionality of our site. Well worth the cost.
Easy to use and the copy is ready to publish immediately.
So far, I'm really enjoying the app! It's much more dynamic than some of the reviews I'd previously read about the performance.
Wow, c'est vraiment génial comme application, cella vient de me sauver un temps fou. Merci
