Awesome service very helpful. I have 2 similar part numbers one is upper and the other lower he helped me to resolve and was very kind about all my questions. offered assistance with my upload which was appreciated.

Mannau was a great help on support and contacted me on teams late in the evening as I was frustrated trying to list items. We got to the problem very quickly and it seems that it is with Amazon and not this software. Currently awaiting a GTIN exemption so hopefully it all gets sorted out soon and I can start making money :-) Thank you!

The help I received today listening my products on amazon, was very helpful and amazing.

Support is proactive, effective and diligent. The app against what Amazon does to you makes it much easier and covers what most app might even dare not touch. I enjoy what I see here, Kudos CED!!

The app is very very hard to use, very complicated app. support do not really help. it have lots of missing features and bugs/error. this is the worse app to use. do not really help nor save you time when exporting products to amazon.. there are better options here. I contacted for help to get my producst listed on amazon and the reply was a charge of $3,000+ very ridiculous prices. i am unistalling this app. I preffer to do the lisitng manually my own as this app charges you and do not do anything for you. at the end theres always "errors" and "violations" at amazon that you have to go fix manually.

CEDCmomerce has been very helpful in supporting us and making sure we can sucessfully link our store to Amazon. I would recommend them.

Had trouble uploading products but CED have been extremely helpful when I have used the chat and also set up a google meeting to help further.

Unfortunately the app won't connect, others do but this one just refuses, reached out to support but just got an automated reply.

App did eventually work as it was an issue with their connection to amazon, however the app is unable to create new listings for those in the handmade group
