Very quick and helpful customer service.
My experience with CedCommerce has been nothing short of exceptional. As a Shopify store owner looking to expand my business onto Amazon, I was in dire need of a robust, easy-to-use integration system, and CedCommerce delivered just that.
From the outset, the platform stood out with its user-friendly interface, making the otherwise daunting task of product integration a breeze. Every feature seemed tailored for convenience, from bulk upload functionality to real-time sync - it was evident that CedCommerce has given a great deal of thought into the needs of their users.
The highlight, however, was their stellar customer service. The support team was always ready to go the extra mile, providing swift responses and comprehensive solutions to every question I had. Their technical expertise, paired with their evident commitment to customer satisfaction, made the entire process incredibly smooth.
CedCommerce not only helped me broaden my sales horizon but also provided me with the tools to manage and optimize my listings efficiently. Their detailed analytics gave me key insights into my business, aiding in the successful navigation of the Amazon marketplace.

Review of CedCommerce vs. Codisto
After more than 7 months of moving from CedCommerce to Codisto and then back to CedCommerce, I understand the complexities when it comes to integrating very complex systems. While both platforms promise seamless integration, there are stark differences that became evident throughout the journey.
Support: One of the vital aspects of any integration platform is its support team. Both CedCommerce and Codisto were commendable in this domain. However, CedCommerce had an edge when it came to their approach. They were prompt in their responses and exhibited a proactive approach by opting for meetings to resolve issues rather than resorting to lengthy email chains.
Functionality: Our primary goal was to map Shopify attributes to Amazon attributes. Unfortunately, this is where Codisto fell short. We faced hurdles primarily when it came to mapping the Parent SKU (which doesn’t exist in Shopify) with the Child SKU (Variant SKU in Shopify). Codisto’s inherent system limitations meant we had to seek other apps as workaround solutions. This was cumbersome and not an efficient use of resources. CedCommerce, on the other hand, understood these intricacies and offered a solution that was both intuitive and effective.
Overall Experience: After spending almost seven months trying to integrate our brand with Amazon via Codisto, the journey was exhausting. Thankfully, the transition to CedCommerce changed our narrative. Their agile response, combined with a robust platform that caters to specific needs, ensured that we were able to achieve our goals without unnecessary hassle.
In conclusion, while both platforms have their strengths, CedCommerce stood out as a clear winner for our specific needs. If seamless integration, excellent customer support, and tailored solutions are what you're after, CedCommerce should undoubtedly be on your radar.
We have had a very good experience with CedCommerce app in regards to our eBay sales channel. When we were searching for an app last year for eBay CedCommerce clearly had a great system and a dedicated support team for us inside Skype. We liked this a lot better than the other apps like Codisto, Koongo, etc.
After our experience with CedCommerce on the eBay sales channel they were the natural choice for Amazon integration.
CED Commerce was super helpful in getting me started with the integration with Shopify and Amazon!
Its a great app but has some major flaws.
What it does well:
1. easily create and push listings from Shopify to eBay.
2. Syncs inventory per sale.
3. Imports orders as it should.
The bad
1. Templates are a bit of a pain to setup especially if you are working with say apparel with lots of variants.
2. When you set up the templates you have to keep going back and adding more details as you will get errors trying to list to Amazon.
3. Its a bunch of back and forth but once you get it right, it just works perfect
The horrible
Not sure how i feel about the billing practices. They advertise the ability to add more then one shopify store to Amazon but what they do not telly you is you get billed for ANY AND ALL orders that are FBM on Amazon. This is huge if you have a Amazon market place store that will not be syncing all inventory / orders to your shopify store.
On the $19 plan you get 100 total orders then billed like 0.25 for each additional. So if you already have a successful Amazon store that gets 500 orders a month then you are going to be billed more money for those "failed" orders. Its capped at $30 additional on top of the current $19 but seems odd to bill for orders that they software are not linking to the shopify store.
Over all, great app if you can get beyond the one major flaw.
